Core Improvements
Android Release User Requested
I initially started in the iOS App Store, but my main request on my first Reddit post was to release on Android. I’ve been working hard on this and we are finally in the Google Play Store! This took some time because I had to purchase an Android phone and recruit 14 beta testers for a 14-day trial (both required by Google Play).

Exercise Notes User Requested
This is useful for tracking your training nuances for each exercise like which band length or equipment you used. Tap an exercise in a workout to add a note. Tap the created note to edit or remove it.
Streak Tracking
Tapping on your streak in the Workout tab now gives you detailed notes about your current streak, previous streak, and all-time metrics.
Blog
Started this blog to help explain app features better and keep users up to date with changes (like with this post).
Premium Improvements
Smart Goals
Next to an exercise in a active workout, you will see a Smart Goal showing how many reps you should complete with your current bands based on:
- Previous completion: Your resistance and reps from the last time you did the exercise.
- Band stacking preference: The max bands you prefer to stack. The more you stack, the more variety you have for progression (but the more inconvenient it becomes).
- Strength progression limit: The max strength percent you’re comfortable increasing. A larger percent lets you progress to heavier bands quicker; a smaller percent requires more reps before progressing.

Smart Goal Progression Ladders
Tapping a Smart Goal in a active workout (or from your Favorites tab) shows all possible ladders for the bands you own and how far you’ve progressed through them.
Exercise History User Requested
In the exercise progression ladder view (see above), tap “History” to see your full history for an exercise, showing every set from previous workouts.
Quality of Life Improvements
Automated Testing User Requested
Prioritized automated testing to help ensure bug-free releases.
Increased UI Size User Requested
Increased size of elements by ~25% and added haptics to tappable elements.
Workout Progress Bar
Added a progress bar to active workouts instead of just “x/x sets completed.”
Defaults Reps After Selecting Your Bands User Requested
Selecting a band now automatically fills in the default reps.
Auto Highlight Input User Requested
Selecting an input now highlights the current text for quicker updates.
Improve Input Visibility User Requested
Focusing an input within a workout now tries its best not to cover that input so you can see what you’re editing.
Profile Organization
Added a membership details card, organized your account and preference related actions.
Exercise Movement in Workouts
In a workout, you can now move exercises to the very start or end of the session.
Post Workout Feedback
Added an easier way to provide feedback and ratings after a workout. Thank you to everyone who has submitted feedback!

Thank You To My Early Users
Special shoutout to my first users! I appreciate you more than you know. This is a solo effort from myself to design and build this (outside of my full-time job) and it’s so cool to see others enjoy it. I’ve been using this for months myself before releasing, and somehow I’ve already been surpassed as the top user!
